Reiki, Energy, Crystal and Seashell Healing

Reiki is a wonderfully restorative form of energy healing, developed in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui a little over 100 years ago. A Reiki session promotes deep relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety. A Reiki practitioner uses their hands to deliver universal energy to the client, improving and restoring energy flow, which in turn promotes healing for overall wellbeing. Clients report feeling deeply relaxed and balanced after a Reiki session and see both immediate and longer-term benefits, especially when receiving regular sessions.

Crystal Healing harnesses the power of crystals and gemstones to improve health and wellbeing on all levels - physically, emotionally and spiritually. As human beings, we spend lifetimes withholding emotions that become trapped in the body, and can go on to manifest themselves physically and emotionally. Regular crystal healing can release these emotional root causes - by placing crystals directly over the chakras we allow them to deeply penetrate the energy centres in order to investigate and clear the emotional imbalances.

An ancient art of energetic clearing and balancing, Seashell Healing works with the chakra system to gently remove energetic imbalances from the body, leaving you feeling balanced, soothed, and energised. Specific shells will be chosen to be the most beneficial for your individual requirements, as each shell holds a different frequency for healing.

Reiki - £45

We will start with a consultation and I will then ask you to lie on the therapy bed to receive the Reiki. Lying down is the most relaxing way for you to receive the session, but we can also work with you remaining seated upright in a chair if you feel more comfortable.

Reiki with Guided Meditation - £55

We will start with a consultation and I will then ask you to lie on the therapy bed. I will take you through a beautiful chakra meditation, after which I will complete a Reiki healing.

Crystal Reiki / Seashell Healing - £50

We will start with a consultation and I will then ask you to lie on the therapy bed. Crystals or seashells will be placed along the centreline of your body, above the chakra points, for the duration of the energy healing session.

Crystal Reiki / Seashell Healing with Guided Meditation - £60

We will start with a consultation and I will then ask you to lie on the therapy bed. Crystals or seashells will be placed along the centreline of your body, above the chakra points, and I will take you through a beautiful chakra meditation, after which I will complete the energy healing.

Chakra Balancing with Crystal Pendulum - £35

We will start with a consultation and I will then ask you to lie on the therapy bed. I will use a quartz pendulum to show me the energy flow of your chakras. Each chakra will then be individually balanced.

Deep Chakra Crystal Healing - £60

Deep Chakra Crystal Healing plus The Piezoelectric Six-Pointed Star - £70

As above, plus an additional quartz crystal grid placement in the shape of a star will be formed around your body at the end of the healing routine. This is a lovely treatment whenever there is a particular need for the client to relax physically and mentally. It refreshes the body’s energies and clears away stress. Any chakras that I feel require extra healing will also receive a quartz star directly around them.

Crystal Healing Protection Routines - £40

I will show you some short meditation and crystal routines that you can thereafter do yourself with your own crystals morning and evening, and throughout your day as required. Please bring your favourite crystals with you.

Distance Reiki - £35

At the time of your session I will connect with your energy and complete the Reiki session remotely. For this I will need you to please send me a recent photograph of yourself where I can see your facial features clearly. I will then provide feedback via email as to any blockages I felt and cleared. You do not need to do anything at the session time to receive distance Reiki, but if you wish to lay down or relax then you are of course more than welcome to!

Two Month Intensive Crystal Healing Package - £210

A deep chakra crystal healing session, followed by three crystal Reiki sessions, each booked two weeks apart.
