Developed in India over 1000 years ago, Indian Head Massage is an ancient complementary therapy based on the Ayurvedic system of healing. It was used originally to improve hair and scalp condition, and the routine involves a variety of massage techniques including stimulating marma (pressure) points, to release stagnant energy and promote good physical and mental health. A wonderful overall massage treatment for the scalp, face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands, it stimulates hair growth when received regularly, and relieves stress and tension from the body.

Indian Head Massage - £45

We will start with a consultation after which I will ask you to sit in a low backed chair and lean forward into a face cradle, which will support your weight. I can use dry hands through light upper clothing to perform the massage but if you would like massage oil to be used and you do not mind oil through your hair, your upper body clothing will need to be removed and I will give you a towel to wrap around your body, under your arms.

Indian Head Massage with Indian Healing Clay Face Mask - £55

Indian Head Massage with the additon of a powerful deep pore cleansing mask made from 100% natural calcium bentonite clay. It helps draw out impurities, excess oil, and dirt from the skin, leaving it feeling refreshed, smooth, and rejuvenated.

Extended Indian Head Massage - £55

Indian Head Massage with increased time spent massaging the hands. This is particularly lovely for those with a specific need to relax and unwind.

Indian Head Massage with Full Back - £55

Indian Head Massage but including the lower back. This variation is required to be carried out on the therapy bed.

Indian Head Massage with Reiki - £55

Indian Head Massage plus I will channel Reiki energy for the duration of the massage and at the end perform a short Reiki session of 15 minutes, while you remain in the seated position.

Extended Indian Head Massage with Reiki - £65

Extended Indian Head Massage plus I will channel Reiki energy for the duration of the massage and at the end perform a short Reiki session of 15 minutes, while you remain in the seated position.

Indian Head Massage with Thai Foot Massage - £105

Indian Head Massage followed by a Thai Foot Massage. You will be required to lie on the therapy bed for the duration of this session.

Indian Head Massage with Hand Reflexology - £105

Indian Head Massage during which I will also give a full Clinical Hand Reflexology session, in addition to the hand massage.

Eastern Treatment Experience - £150

You will receive an Indian Head Massage followed by a Thai Foot Massage, and finally a full Reiki session to really open up those energy lines and leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. You will be required to lie on the therapy bed for the duration of this session.
