As a holistic practitioner I treat the person as a whole - body, mind and spirit, and that includes during massage therapy. Rather than only performing a set routine, I will take into account any problem areas you share with me (both physical and emotional), as well as using my intuition and what I find during the massage, to perform a bespoke treatment for you and your individual needs.

Aromatherapy Wellness Massage combines relaxing massage movements with therapeutic massage oils blended to revive, relax, or detox.

Massage for Menopause is a specific protocol for ladies during the three stages of menopause; perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. An incredibly relaxing massage routine to support the endocrine and nervous systems using an aromatherapy massage oil blended especially for menopause, and including work on relevant acupressure points around the body. You will receive accupressure plasters and guidance on how to use these between massage appointments, so that you continue to receive the benefits.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body.
The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.

In Heated Bamboo Massage sticks of bamboo are gently warmed and used to knead the tissue of the body, in a variety of strokes and movements. The warm bamboo provides a deeper and firmer massage, breaking down tension and stretching tight muscles, helping to achieve better and longer lasting results.

Warm Thai Compress Massage is a premium deep-heat aromatherapy treatment using gentle massage techniques, followed by the application of warm, herb-filled compression balls. The moist heat eases away tension and soreness, and opens the pores of the skin allowing it to fully receive the healing benefits of the herbs’ essential oils.

Heated Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is a perfect blend of silky-smooth hot stone massage and energy healing. During this treatment heated salt crystal stones soothe away stress and tension and promote an increased sense of wellbeing. Salt has grounding properties that help to improve sleep and balance the central nervous system. Himalayan Salt provides 84 essential mineral & trace compounds which can be absorbed through the skin, keeping it healthy.

Lomi Lomi Massage, also known as Loving Hands Massage, is Hawaiian Shamanic bodywork that harnesses the spirit of Hawaii and its ancestors and works with prayer and intention, to deliver a uniquely relaxing and spiritual therapy experience. Continuous, flowing strokes mimicking the waves of the ocean work gently yet deeply into the muscles, allowing the recipient to completely relax and let go of physical and emotional stresses that are stored in the body.

Shiatsu works with the body's energetic flow, known as 'Qi', and origantes from Japan. A variety of pressure techniques such as kneading, pressing, squeezing, and stretching are utilised at specific points on the body to balance, energise, and reduce tension.

Oncology Massage is a specialised massage that is used for people who are currently living with or have lived with cancer.
