Clinical Reflexology
A holistic and complementary therapy, Reflexology uses a variety of hand techniques to apply gentle and relaxing pressure to certain points on the feet or hands, thereby stimulating reflexes (nerve endings) that correspond to the organs and systems of the body. This not only provides a relaxing experience for the client but promotes a rebalancing of the body’s systems by opening energetic pathways, encouraging the body to heal and repair.
In Clinical Reflexology I work with my client’s presenting condition(s) and symptoms, and take into account imbalances found in the feet during the first session, to create a bespoke treatment plan. This wonderful therapy can be beneficial for:
- Release of tension
- Relaxation
- Improved mood
- Aiding sleep
- Promoting wellbeing
My training includes fertility, maternity, postnatal, menopause, cancer, and palliative care Reflexology, as well as NEPIP (NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody); an advanced reflexology treatment specific to to the body’s responses to stress and exclusively performed by Level 5 practitioners.

Signature Session - Luxury Reflexology with Warm Thai Compress - £85
Elevate your Clinical Reflexology session with my unique offering; a 90 minute comforting ritual consisting of a warm bubbly foot wash, hot towels, Thai Foot Massage techniques, application of warm herb-filled Thai compression balls to ease away tension in the soles, followed by your full Reflexology treatment.
Foot or Hand Reflexology Session - £60
We will start with a medical consultation, after which you will receive a full 50 minute relaxing foot / hand treatment, using beautifully scented organic creams or balms from my selection. After an initial session I will create a bespoke treatment plan for your subsequent treatments, to ensure that the reflexes worked are the most beneficial for you. You will be seated in a reclining chair for the session.
Clinical Reflexology for Menopause Support
The same pricing structure as above applies, but a specific protocol to support the symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause will be given, including accupressure points, and using organic creams/balms blended especially for menopausal symptoms.
Pedicure Services
Pedicure and nail cutting services are only available as an add-on to Reflexology, with additional charges as follows:

Shape and Polish - £25
Toenail cut and file, cuticle work, application of Green Flash LED polish
Pedicure without Polish - £25
Foot soak, exfoliation, hard skin removal, cuticle work, toenail cut and file
Pedicure with Polish - £35
Foot soak, exfoliation, hard skin removal, cuticle work, toenail cut and file, application of Green Flash LED polish
Please note that I do not remove gel, acrylic, or Shellac polish
Condensed Reflexology with Thai Foot Massage - £55
An hour spent on the feet and lower legs using Reflexology and Thai Foot Massage techniques up the to knee. You will lie on the therapy bed for this session.
Under-18's Reflexology - £30
A parent/guardian is required to give written permission and remain present for the duration of the 30 minute treatment.
Foot Reflexology Add-Ons
Luxury Add-On - a warm bubbly foot wash, exfoliation, hot towels, and extended massage added to your Clinical Reflexology session - £15
Luxury with Warm Thai Compress Add-On - a warm bubbly foot wash, exfoliation, hot towels, and extended massage including steamed herb-filled compression balls added to your Clinical Reflexology session - £25
Luxury Warm Paraffin Wax Foot Treatment - £20 A form of heat therapy, liquid paraffin is applied to the feet using a hygienic misting applicator in several layers, after which the feet are covered with booties and you are left to relax for 15 minutes. The cooled hardened wax is then removed to reveal intensely moisturised and hydrated skin, with increased blood flow. This protocol can be beneficial for those that experience soreness in the feet. Plain and fragranced wax available. Can be added on to any other treatment.

Reflex-Pedi Days - £55-£60
Selected dates throughout the year during which I collaborate with a pedicurist to provide a combination treatment of Clinical Reflexology followed by a Pedicure at my premesis. Next dates TBC

Four-Hands Foot and Hand Reflexology - £120
Indulge yourself with a 50 minute Clinical Reflexology session during which two therapists will work on your feet and hands simultaneously.
Couples / Pairs Reflexology - £120
Great for bonding! Two of you can have your Clinical Reflexology (Hand or Feet) sessions at the same time.
