Emily is both very competent and confident in the work she does and she gives you a full explanation of what she has done and found, firstly talking it through together and then following the treatment up with a written report of her findings including what you can do to support your treatment moving forwards and what crystals will also support.

Clinical Reflexology
My first reflexology session with Emily came as something of a shock. Before we began, Emily warned me that some people can find their introductory sessions slightly overwhelming. I made polite noises, privately expecting to feel no more than pleasant relaxation. What I actually experienced was fifty minutes of sublime rapture: a state of peace and well-being so profound that I didn’t want it to end. Unusually for me, I even stopped talking: the dialogue between Emily and the soles of my feet made all other communication seem superfluous. Five days later, my feet feel still more supple and more blessed – I’m sorry, but no other word will do - than they have ever felt before. Needless to say, I have now added reflexology to my growing list of weekly treatments.

Luxury Warm Paraffin Wax Foot Treatment Add-On
Having injured my heel Emily suggested her heated wax treatment. As I'd been in a lot of discomfort I was willing to try anything. What a lovely surprise the treatment was. The warm wax being applied to the skin was so warming and soothing. The wax continued to stay warm and you could feel the heat penetrating through. After a while it was still warm but had hardened and was fine to remove. The peeling itself was a lovely feeling and my feet and heel felt amazing. The softness of the skin was an added extra bonus too. The pain in my heel had eased significantly and by the next day felt back to normal with no pain or discomfort. Distance Reiki and Indian Head Massage with Reiki
I’m so glad to have found Emily earlier this year. I was going through a bad patch health wise and contacted her to ask for Distance Reiki Healing. Even from her email reply I sensed a true empathy and kindness.
We arranged a time for the Reiki and she was able to perform this with just my photo as guidance. I lay on my bed in a darkened room and felt an instant connection as Emily began to channel the Reiki.
After the treatment I felt very calm and relaxed for the first time in many weeks.
Emily sent me an email through straight after the treatment detailing what she’d sensed about my personality and how she’d worked on my chakras. What she said was spot on and incredibly helpful and insightful.

Sugaring - Full Leg and Extended Bikini
I've always gone for waxing in the past and when Emily mentioned she was training in sugaring I was really keen to try it. It is a treatment I'd heard about and was intrigued about. Wow it did not disappoint. Emily took the time time explain the process and let me know what to expect. The treatment itself was so different to waxing. It is hard to describe the sensation of application process. The closet I can get is it felt like silly putty being applied 🙈😂. The biggest difference was when the hair is removed. It was so much less painful. To the point I didn't realise it was being done! The end result was smooth hair free skin. I had no red reaction to my skin and and not the sore or bumpy skin I sometimes get the day after waxing. I'm a convert and am already booked in for my next session! Thanks Emily. Shiatsu
I knew next to nothing about shiatsu, so had no preconceptions. But I trust Emily and was interested to see if shiatsu massage had any effect on my lower back. (I work from home, and am prone to stiffness in the lumbar region as a result of sitting in front of a screen for hours on end.)
At first, the vigorous way Emily manipulated my back felt strange…it was as if she was asking questions of my back muscles that hadn’t been asked before. But after a few minutes, I stopped resisting and the treatment became stimulating and enjoyable. By the end of the session, I was hooked and have now added shiatsu to my growing list of weekly treatments.
The most striking effect of my first shiatsu massage was that of feeling recharged and invigorated. For the rest of the day, I was like a mexican jumping bean. And today, having googled shiatsu, I find that one of its main objectives is to release the body’s trapped energy, so that the ki or chi circulates naturally and the recipient is literally energised.
But by far the most impressive result of my first shiatsu session is that today, all discomfort in my lower back seems to have disappeared. No pain or stiffness whatsoever. Coincidence? I find that impossible to believe.

Wellness Massage
Emily was brilliant, she took a detailed history, and I felt in really safe hands. She used her expertise to guide my decision on the best massage for me and the massage was great. She focused on my most problem areas and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable.

Crystal Reiki
I recently had a crystal reiki session with Emily. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Emily talked to me before the session, to explain what she would do and what each crystal was for.

Holistic Rose Quartz Facial
I have had an amazing rose quartz facial with Emily, with some adaptation for my soya allergy. Emily is so flexible and and excellent at suggestions for alternative products/ideas. The facial was so relaxing and therapeutic....I could just feel myself sinking into the wonderful heated therapy couch. I have had another treatment with Emily which was just as lovely and find her treatments so rejuvenating. She has a very sunny, lively and professional manner. Highly recommend!

Deep Chakra Crystal Healing and Crystal Reiki
Emily’s consultation before the reiki was considered, thought provoking, kind and empathetic. She builds trust naturally and gives you the confidence that you will begin a healing process.
I found the reiki to be extremely relaxing and meditative. Afterwards I felt a sense of calm and confidence.
Emily explained to me how she was able to identify several areas of blocked energy and worked on those.
In the days after the reiki I felt more calm and considerate to those around me. I also felt that I needed further work to continue on this positive path.

5 weeks ago I embarked on my recovery journey from hypothalamic amenorrhea. I started to eat more, exercise less, as well as address diet-culture and negative body image beliefs in order to rebuild trust with my body. 2.5 weeks ago I saw Emily for reflexology, who gave me a full endocrine rebalancing in an attempt to trigger ovulation. Nearly 2 weeks later, I am pleased to report that my period is back. Massage for Menopause
I liked that attention was paid to the whole of my body equally, unlike other massages I’ve had that tend to concentrate mostly on the back and neck, I especially liked the leg feet aspect.
After the massage I was given some after care instructions, a small magnet was placed on a pressure point on my neck and I was shown other points for me to hold so as continue to get the benefit . I left feeling very relaxed and have used the technique showed to me several times since.

Meditation
I had a one to one meditation session with Emily on Wednesday which was great! I've dabbled in meditation before but I never felt like I was gaining much from it because I find it hard to swith off, however, Emily really put me at ease, she took time to chat before we started, then guided me through three short meditations, which worked really well for me. We also worked with Angel cards and crystals which I wasn't expecting so that was an added bonus, and really fun too. I would highly recommend Emily, it was an enjoyable and relaxing couple of hours which was value for money, so I'll definitely be making this a regular thing!

Massage for Menopause

The Total Goddess
I had the most incredible massage with Emily this afternoon, 2 hours of bliss. Emily made sure I knew what was going to happen during the massage and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.
